Chakra Intensive

This course is an 8 month intensive to become aware of the chakras.  We will learn about the physical, physiological and psychological/mental aspects of each of the chakras.  The focus will be on practices to become directly aware of the energy centers and their felt-sense or manifestation.  This is a preparatory course to working on the Kundalini Kriyas and is not intended to raise Kundalini, but to prepare the body/mind for practicing Kundalini Kriyas, of which there are 20.

There will be 3 hour sessions once per month, where we will study and practice together.

Requirements:

1. 1. Some background in practicing yoga and/or meditation.
2. 2. A daily practice of at least 30 minutes.
3. 3. Journaling- students can submit at the next class or email.
